What we use
Account details, your public profile, vehicle and journey information, requests, messages, ratings and safety reports are used to operate the marketplace.
What we do not keep
Identity documents, driving licence scans, vehicle papers and payment card details remain with specialist providers. WAYSA receives only status and reference information.
Who can see what
Public ride listings show limited profile and vehicle details. Contact and chat information is limited to people involved in an accepted journey.
Your choices
You may update your profile and request support with correction or deletion. Some records may be retained where safety, fraud prevention or legal duties require it.
